    3.2 Pricing: All prices displayed on our Service are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change due to market conditions, supplier changes, or errors in pricing.

    3.3 Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. We may refuse or cancel any order if the product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or product information.

    3.4 Product Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary from images shown due to manufacturing variations, packaging changes, or other factors.

    4. Orders and Payment

    4.1 Order Acceptance: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices stated. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

    4.2 Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
    • Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo)
    • Other payment methods as may be available from time to time

    4.3 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners, including Hubtel. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

    4.4 Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate email when your order has been accepted and is being processed.

    4.5 Payment Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and handling charges.

    5. Shipping and Delivery

    5.1 Shipping Methods: We use Ghana Post Address (New Version) for all deliveries. We offer various shipping options, including standard shipping, express shipping, and same-day delivery (where available).

    5.2 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect address information.

    5.3 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount, as indicated on our website.

    5.4 Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, you may be charged additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

    5.5 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products after delivery to the carrier.

    6. Returns and Refunds

    6.1 Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy for most items from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in resellable condition with original packaging when possible. You may open and test products, but they must not be damaged, worn, or show signs of excessive use.

    6.2 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Software, digital products, or downloadable content
    • Personalized or customized products
    • Products damaged by customer misuse, abuse, or excessive wear
    • Products without proof of purchase
    • Items purchased from third-party sellers

    6.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team or use the return form on our website. You will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Returns without authorization may be refused.

    6.4 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    6.5 Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

    7. Intellectual Property

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GenTech Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

    You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

    The GenTech Mart name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of GenTech Solutions or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

    8. User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
    • Violate or infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
    • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
    • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
    • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
    • Collect or store personal data about other users

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GENTECH SOLUTIONS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

    Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 100), whichever is greater.

    Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

    10. Privacy

    Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    11. Dispute Resolution

    11.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    11.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

    11.3 Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at contact@gentechmart.shop or info@gentechmart.shop, or through our contact page. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

    What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

    If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.

    Note: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and GenTech Solutions regarding the use of our Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
